if you mean sweet and sour pork .you sweat off onions peppers and garlic in some oil then add tomato concentrate and sugar then add a splash of vinegar .make a batter out of cornflour and whisked egg whites and some milk coat your diced pork in some flour with cajun spice and roll in batter and deep fry until they float on surface of the oil .adjust the seasoning of the sauce and serve
