irani chai is different from ginger tea. irani chai is amd ein local cafeterias in hyd and in bandis.

its very easy, Irani chai als known as ginger tea in many places you will need small vessel,strainer,cup to serve 2 tea bags whole milk 1/2 cup sugar according to taste small piece of ginger add 1 cup water to the vessel with piece of ginger and let it boil,next cut the tea bags and empty the grains to the boiling water cook on slow for 5mins add milk and sugar cook for another 5-6 mins strain and serve- enjoy
