Making burritos is extremely easy. Just get some flour tortillas, a pound (about 450grams) of mince, preferably beef, a packet of taco seasoning, a can of refried beans, a container of soured cream, some shredded cheddar, some chopped onion (like a nice-sized one), and anything else you might want to put in the burrito. I'd brown the pound of mince according to the packet of taco spice instructions. Id warm the refried beans in a saucepan. You could have as well to put in your burrito a bit of chopped tomato, some finely shredded lettuce, whatever you like. A few inches from each edge of a large tortilla you spread a few tablespoons of heated refried beans smoothly down onto the tortilla, laid flat on a work surface, on the end nearest you. Spread a bit of soured cream next to and above this. You could also spread a bit of chili sauce, salsa, guacamole....just lay down wet ingredients first. Make sure as you are adding them they are not too chunky, or too bunched up, spread them out in a line a few inches from the sides. Now add a few tablespoons of seasoned mince and a bit of your favourite chilled fresh veg like chopped onion, lettuce shreds, tomato. Now tuck the sides firmly over the filling, and over this bring the bottom few inches you left free on the tortilla up and over the sides, tucking firmly. Now gently but firmly roll the burrito together, away from yourself. Oh I almost forgot it's nice to warm the tortillas a bit in a mic or the oven as it makes them more pliable, and easy to work with. You can serve this any way you like, with any fillings you like, its extremely versatile.
