Grow your hair til your fringe gets to like your eyes then cut it from just in front of the crown and down to the back of your hair. Not too short, it needs to be just about spikeable but still in proportion to the rest. Straighten it all, then gel/wax it into emo fringe shape with a brush or comb, mess the short of the hair up so its spiky/messy. Add hairspray for hold. Done. At least thats how my mate does it.

u take a sratiner and make sure it is hot and then put it on the part you wont fringed and move it up and down

Let it grow and maintain your hair(keep combing).If it doesnt stay, try using clips at night when you sleep to the angle you want.Its ok since no one at school will see u in clips
