Actully the best way to lose weight is to eat a mixture of everything actuly just dont eat to much a little of everythign is always best everyone says pizza.chips,burgers are all unhelthy but actully its they wa they are made that makes them unhelthy id they are home made and cooked then no they are not just have a small amount of them in a veried diret with lots of veg and fruite. Exsersize is good going to the gym 3 times a week for 1 hour each time is a good way to losse the punds

Its simple, just burn more calories than you eat. Fill your plate and do not go back for seconds, this way you know how much you are eating.

Lose weight the right way so that you won't gain it all back or get sick trying to do so. I recommend that you get on the South Beach Diet. It is really an eating plan vs. a diet. I don't like the word DIET!!
If you can stick the eating plan out until Phrase 3, you will look fabulous and healthy!
I recently began the eating plan and have not only lost belly fat and inches, but my health rating has improved! Get the book South Beach Diet..

when ever we eat, we need to pay by doing some exercise.. makesure the calories burn exist the calories we eat.. drink a lot of water....

I am losing weight right now by cutting everything I eat in half and only eating half of whatever it is, John Travolta does this every time he needs to lose weight for a movie, Dolly Parton lives by this method too to stay slim, when you put your dinner out scrape half off and have another time, or with a hamburger cut in half and only eat half and so on I think you get the idea, it is certainly working for me

The best way to lose weight is by eating a low amount of carbohydrate and fat whilst exercising in both an aerobic and anerobic fashion .i.e. swimming or jogging and lifting weights. Furthermore, eat plenty protein to sustain the muscles as muscles burn lots of energy and its important to keep such parts of the body in tip top condition as they are energy burnming. 'Dead' carbohydrates should be eliminated from the diet, i.e. fruit juices and sugars or honey as they are high in energy which will more than likely be turned into fat when its not used. Exercise should be for thirty minutes, three times a week, with a day in-between to recover and rest. Lots of fruit and vegetables should be consumed, especially when hungry, and for vitamins and minerals. Its a good idea to take a multi vitamin and mineral tablet each day. Consume lots of fluid though remember this should be diet juices or sugar free ones, obviously water is the best option. One pound of body fat is 3500 calories so its an idea to eat 500 less calories a day meaning you lose a healthy pound each week which wont include those burned up exercising which will be on a individual level and should not be more than 3 pounds of body fat each week, as above this, is unhealthy. A diet diary will help you count your calories and point you in the right direction. Dont exercise too much and eat to little. When not dieting the average male needs 2500 calories to sustain their weight where its only 2000 for the average female adult. Aim to eat 25% less each day and the weight will fall off whilst also being amplified by the exercise which will stimulate the metabolism into overdrive. good luck.
