Firstly, don't stress, change of the season may be to blame and anxiety does no good.
Secondly, don't use any chemicals, irons, staighteners e.t.c., don't overwash 4 times a week are ok or if you do have to wash your hair everyday, use a mild shamppoo.Instead of conditioner use a hair mask after washing and let them dry naturally.
Pump up on iron and protein.Iron transfers oxygen to the tissues. As I wrote on a previous post, do not eat foods rich in iron and rich calcium at the same time (for example tasty cheese omellete)if you want to absorb any of them, because those minerals compete each other.Pair up iron with vitamin C, it is better absorbed this way.Foods rich in iron are liver, egg yolk and red meat.Foods rich in vitamin C are peppers, parsley, lemons, oranges e.t.c.Furthermore,eat a balanced diet, you know, whole grains fresh fruits and vegetables, low fat dairy, lean meats, healthy oils.
After that, you could try scalp massage as this helps blood flow.

I recently became a vegan, and my hair fell out too. Hair loss can be hereditary or a sympton of an illness, but is often caused from the lack of iron. If you dont eat alot, you throw up, are a vegan or veggie or you just feel you dont get enough nutrients then i suggest taking vitiman and mineral tablets that contain iron. If this doesnt work, consult your doctor.

It was happening to me too. I kept pulling clumps of hair, especially in the shower. I'd been keeping my hair long for many years, so I decided to just cut it short. The hair fall lessened significantly. You might consider that if your hair is long and damaged like mine was.
