Shaking of hand is definately out. You can attemt to curtsey if you're a chick but it's fine to just bow slightly. Refer to her as "your magesty" when first greeting her and then as "maam" thereafter. Speak when spoken to, don't swear and don't bore the old girl.

Never ask her to give you five or attempt to do the touch. Never try to touch The Queen. Treat her as you would any Royal from any country. I'm disgusted (yet not entirely shocked) by the slovenly and Philistine remarks on how to treat a dignitary. Be respectful (no need to gravel though), speak only when spoken to, stand when she enters, sit when she says you may, bow or curtsy, and refer to her as "Your Majesty." Easy as that. Congratulations on meeting the Queen.
