YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING Ingredients : a packet of fillo pastery - melted unsalted butter - nuts mixed with a little of sugar for stuffing - cold surup (two cups of sugar + 1 cup of water over heat stir until boiling then add a table spoon of lemon juce and let it boil over medium heat for 5 minutes take it out of heat and add a tea spoon of vanilla , let it cold ) butter an oven dish and put asheet of pastry , brush with melted butter and repeat for six sheets then distrebute the nut mix over then put another sheet of pastry and brush with butter and repeat for another six sheets then brush the surface with butter. cut it into diagonals or squares and put it into a preheated oven 170C until the surface is golden , take it out of the oven and distribute a moderate amount of the surup using a spoon , serve it cold
