Is there anything else a person can do if they work through a temporary office and for some reason the Supervisor through the temporary office approached my concerns in a way that ended up causing the workers at the company I work at to retaliate? Now I hate the job. I enjoyed the job when I first took it even though it turned out to be something I did not truly want to be doing the rest of my life. Jobs seem to be scare here in the state of Ohio for our region so out of necessity I agreed to take the job. There is more to the story; but maybe someone knows of some self-help book or place on the web that gives indepth information about workplace environment conducive to productivity or the like.

Confront the person who is making life difficult as a manager does not always approach the situation the way you would like. Tell the person how their behaviour is affecting you and discuss solutions.

It is the job of your manager to handle difficult coworkers and ensure synergy among a team. Every individual has the right to be comfortable at work. If you have an issue with any of them you should take it up with your manager. Talking to the coworker may work sometimes but may lead to unwanted confrontation. Whatever the company policy is through your HR department for worker-worker issues, is the the path you need to follow.
