Your not the first person to develop feelings for another person partner/boyfriend/girlfriend. As hard as it is to have those feelings for another person who is taken you are responsible for your actions. Having said that she/he is responsible for theirs. If you can't resist trying to get her then tell her and let her decide what she wants to do. Be up front and honest about how you feel. If she is interested and willing to leave her current partner for you then she isn't being stolen she is making a choice to leave her current partner for you. Another person's partner is not property to be stolen. They have their own brain and volition. Therefore, if you two make it, then there was no "stealing" to being with. Don't feel guilty. Those two could not make it in the first place. The same people who are telling you to feel guilty about "stealing" someone's partner are the same people who turn around and tell us to stop viewing people as cattle and don't objectify, etc. They forget this fact--people can't be "stolen". They themselves choose to leave or stay.

Many women are sort of pre-wired to act certain ways. Oh, that suck. If You're talking about girlfriend, not a loving partner of some guy, then I guess You're young. And if so, then there is small chance that You will marry the girl, rather it will be ~half year love. You destroy one relationship, for making another, that will be destroyed sooner or later too. So You will end with an awful feeling, that You wasted someone's love (and You can't know if they would live happily together to the end of their lives) for nothing (because Your love has ended and You have only bad memories now anyway).
