Apply vaseline on your lips. Leave it on for 2-3 minutes. Wet a toothbrush and use that to exfoliate your lips.

Eat some beetroot

TAKE A TOOTHBRUSH TO UR LIPS AND EXFOLIATE THEM THIS AMPS UP THE COLOUR ,AND THEN APPLY APPLY A SHEER TINTED LIP BALM IN A SIMILAR COLOUR!

chapped lips are ugly

DON'T lick your lips. Saliva actually dries it out faster. During the day, use lip balm as you need to, and before you go to bed (this is a tip I just found and it's good!:)), use moisturizing cream on your lips. Massage them onto your lips, and apply generously, you know when to stop. Another great tip I found was to clear off the dry skin on your lips in the morning with your toothbrush. Just brush them over your lips. I also heard of applying foundation to your lips, but I've never tried it. Either way, I think it would be better if you go out there and experiment for yourself. Don't be shy ^^. Go shopping with your friends, close family member, etc. ^^

why would you lick them? it just makes lips chapped... and you get red lines around your mouth. looks kinda gross...

lick them a lot but dont bite them it makes you look sexy and keeps them nice ,pink and moist

Use a good pink shaded lipstick and pink lipgloss over the top of that and make sure you keep reapplying it throughout the day.

apply toothpaste on your lips before you go to sleep...then as soon as you wake up, try cleansing it down with warm water..do it for a week, and u'll see great results!
