How To Hold Your Fork And Knife When Eating A Steak?

How do you hold your fork and knife when eating a steak? Knife cutting down the steak outwards (of the fork), or inwards to yourself?

You pull the knife towards yourself in a repetitive slicing motion--do NOT "saw" back and forth at your steak. That's considered bad table manners by uptight folks.
