Heres the most simplest yet yummy pakoda recipe... Take 1-1 n half cups gram flour. add some fennel seeds, some halved corriander seeds, some cumin seeds, salt, 3/4th tea spoon soda bicarb, finely chopped green chillies. then add sliced onions...we are making onion pakoda, so take the onions according to your requirement. add little water n make a paste. it shouldnt be too thick or too thin. heat oil and take little portions in a spoon or hand and deep fry till golden brown. my family loves pakoda made like this. its damn easy and yummy. You can wrap vegetables likes potatoes, chicken, egg, onion, cauliflower or any veggi of your choice in a coating of Gram flour or Besan mixed with salt and pepper. Deep try the coated veggie or chicken untill deep brown and pakoras are ready.
