If you were not having problems communicating with your parents, you wouldnt be considering running away from home. For anyone who is in despair there will always be someone who will listen if only you put your trust into them. Try to go to a mates house and stay there for a while, or talk to your teacher, your gran, an aunt or some other adult. When things are shared there may not seem as bad as they were after all and there is always a solution. Parents dont always listen and sometimes when they hear from another adult how you are really feeling, they see things in a different light. What may seem a small problem to one person maybe huge to someone else to such an extent they consider or DO take their life over. To call someone an idiot or jerk because of this is wrong. Some are weaker than others and are not able to deal with certain situations like the rest of us, hence the ammount of suicides each year. Some teenagers are really not happy for one reason or another at home or because they are bullied or abused, these kids should be listened to, not judged as idiots.

well i just had a argument with my family i need advise it happens all the time my mam and dad say its of becoming a teen i might run away im not sure if i go i will go to my friends house the helped me through a time of thinking of haning my self

You dont need to run away from home, yes you could say that you were staying at a mates for the night, you should also try and confide with an adult in your family or someone outside of the family if you are having problems at home comunicating with your parents or if you are not happy at home.

I really wouldnt do that, if you have to go somewhere and you dont want your parents to know, arrange to do it with one of your mates and then the mate can be your excuse for being away, like going shopping all day or a west end play or staying the night at someones house, dont just bail and risk your parents getting really worried or even worse risk your own safety.
