There are many motives for hair loss... I myself loose a lot of hair if I don't the wash it after 3/4 days and after the bath, although I only brush my hair after letting it dry by itself. Well, my hair is pretty normal :D I've always wanted voluminous hair some years ago. And now I have it without doing much anything... nature is a beauty ;__;
Tips:
- after washing your hair with the adequate shampoo (for dry/normal/greasy hair), try to rinse your hair with colder water than usual. The hot water dilates your pores and it's easier for the hair to fall.
- if your hair is greasy (mine is :\) use a mascara for it, yet, only apply the mascara on the tips, never on the roots. If your hair is dry or normal, suit yourself to put the mascara where you think it's hard to brush. After that, rinse your hair with not too cold water (never hot water). Beware of the mascara you buy. it has to suit your hair type.
- let your hair dry by itself without tying it into a pony tail, let it free. Don't brush your hair while it is wet.
- after your hair is completely dry, you can brush it with a soft brush, never pulling too much on the hair if it's tangled. try to gently separate the hairs until they untangle. If you want volume to your hair and your think a soft brush makes your hair look too 'stuck to your face', simply brush your hair while your chin is at your chest and your hair is reversed, meaning, your hair tips are pointing to the floor and your neck isn't covered by your hair. In more simples words, tilt your chin downwards, bend a bit your back so that your hair will fall in front of your face.
- It won't harm your harm if you wash it every day, only if it is greasy or normal. If it is dry, don't wash it that often
- Don't tie your hair with force, meaning that you shouldn't push your hair too much. Avoid to tie it for better effects. small hairpins, if not pushing the hair.
- Let your hair free all the time. After going to bed, brush your hair gently.
- Don't use fixatives, gels, sprays or any kind of product for the hair. even if it says that it only smooths your hair, or give it volume, gives it shine, etc. No hair products, except for conditioners, mascaras and shampoos.
Don'ts:
- don't tie your hair or clasp it. let it free.
- don't use hair products except for the 3 mentioned above.
- don't push your hair when tangled, even when frustrated. slowly and gently try to untangle yourself with your hands by separating the hairs.
- don't brush your hair while wet.
- don't use hair driers, only when really needed.
- according to your type of hair, use mascara. it makes it softer and easier to brush and it makes it improbably to tangle again.
- don't use hats, caps or anything on your hair. Only when really necessary. even so, don't use it too much time.
- don't force your hair in any way. ex.: pushing, tying, etc.
- don't die your hair or make a perm. they slowly damage the hair, even with all the beauty care products trying to prevent it.
Tips:
-let your hair free all the time. keep it clean, soft and nicely brushed.
- eat phosphorus (fish), calcium (milk) and vitamin E (sunflower and soybean oils, seeds).
- even if it is said that it is needed to avoid, the sun is very good for the hair. it helps your body to absorb way faster the vitamin D (fish, cereals and butter) that is essential to your hair and nails.
I'm really sorry for the long report :( Still, I know it's really depressing hair loss. Even if your female or male, these tips are for both genders.
Well, have a healthy hair and a perfect day. Hope to be useful :)
