How to enter the room... If You mean a restaurant, then first a man is entering, then a woman (if there are two couples enters, then first can be a man, then both women, then at the end another man). It's so because tradition. In old times public places weren't so safe, so first a man was coming in to see if it's safe, then he was inviting a woman there... Further, when You're in restaurant, take a seat far from a toilet, doors, kitchen and ways to these things. Just avoid places where many people walk...

We don't have any films that deal specifically with what you've asked, but we have many films that deal with the general subjects of body language and confidence. Here are just two of them: http://www.videojug.com/film/how-can-i-look-more-confident http://www.videojug.com/film/how-to-feel-more-confident-at-work We also have a humorous film about how get out of a car seat without showing your knickers: http://www.videojug.com/film/how-to-get-out-of-a-car-without-showing-your-knickers
