Hey there, Even though your bearded dragon is threatening you, you should still gently pick him up so that he knows no matter what he likes or dont like you are the boss. If you start to offer him treats from your hand he will soon associate your hands with the nice treats and should gradually get better. If you have only had the dragon for a short space of time he mite just be adjusting to the new surrondings. I hope this helps.. good luck
