I Have An Overlock/lockstitch Machine And It Keeps Unthreading. Not The Loopers But The Needles, Cau

I have lost the manuals to this machine so I am struggling to understand it. Its a Brother 925D. I have had the machine for some years it has recently been seviced and when I went to change the colour of thread it would not sew properly.
