I have three teenage daughters, they have all kissed & been kissed. NOTHING further than that. I mentored my girls thru the "sex talk" and everything, as a friend, not as their father, so they were far more willing to ask questions about sex & THE FIRST KISS! To the first kiss, I told the girls that if the boyfriend had already kissed before, just follow his lead, but if you are uncomfortable with his kiss, IE. too much tongue or throat exploration, just pull back and give HIM instructions/boundaries!
You would be just how surprised how many boys that I have spoken to would prefer to be told than "fumble their way into the great unknown"!
If you don't feel comfortable about kissing a guy, that is fine.
Always remember this: You only get 1 first kiss, so make sure you are comfortable about it, & you only get 1 "first time". For guys, they don't really worry about what happens, just as long as they get their "trophy, but for girls, make sure it is the right time & right guy, don't rush your first time just because of peer pressure!
