Is Deep Fat Frying With Avocado Oil Unhealthy?

If you deep fry food with avocado oil at approx 200 deg Celcius, is it unhealthy as the avocado oil has not reached its smoke point and should not change it chemical compoistion?

Wrong. Avocado oil is one of the best healthy cooking oil compare to other cooking oil. You can use avocado oil for the salad dressing.
