he should talk to his wife. get help through relate or the straight spouse network. the worst thing he should do is keep it from his wife. it is cheating of the worst kind. perhaps you could leave some hints around. if she finds out it will absolutley ruin her self esteem and mental health. if he can talk to her about it she might be able to understand and they might be able to work through it.
