Is There A Law On Equal Rent In An Apartment Complex?
I have a one bedroom apartment that is not renovated. People in my building who also have one bedroom apartments have a lower rent and their apartment are renovated. Can I do anything about this? Last week my landlord wanted to raise my rent and I demanded he renovated the place first. Is there anything I can do?
