Try using a tape called Micropore. You can f ind it in Chemists. My doctor told me it was a little secret they were taught at medical school. By wrapping Micropore around the area it will dry up literally overnight, or at least within a couple of days. It is caused by regular washing of hands and not drying them properly and following with hand cream. Hope this helps.

Are you talking about your cuticle area? Regularly applying hand cream can help with this. If they are really bad, massage a cuticle oil into the area. Solar oil is the best but you can use olive or almond oil instead.
