What Aniviel said was absolutely true! Also if you do 30 sec jog and 30 sprints 3 times a week that should help. like do 3 of those and by the time you get to 12 you'll have a six pack! Also, crunches do help...

It is not possible to 'spot reduce' Doing something like sit ups will build muscle, but you wont lose body fat. To lose body fat it is most effective to do atleast 20-30 minutes of cardio exercises 3+ times a week. This can include walking, running, biking, rowing, aerobics, swimming and so on. Combine cardio with muscle toning (such as sit ups, push ups, weights), and before long you will notice a differe nce!

i personally think situps are the best way to loose tummy fat, start at a number one night and add a few every time you choose to workout, you should be able to see your belly fat going and your muscles becoming more visable.
