Should NOT drink juice as acidic and will make her sick again, also no milk as will curdle making throw up again. Dry foods such as toast, digestive or plain biscuits and water to drink. No harm done if no food for a day as long as drinking fluids.

Saltine crackers, chicken noodle soup with rice. It is usally bland stuff but I know children will not eat bland things. Rice with soy sauce and honey. Two min noodles. Pretty much salty stuff to keep the electrolites in check. Plus plenty of water, juice any fluids she can take that will not make her throw up. I would stay away from any dairy as that will prob make her sick again. Good luck I hope this helps a little.
