I wish I knew what makes me happy, you would think with a loving husband who does everything for you, great kids and a husband who gives me the choice to be a full time housewife and not complain much would be a wife dreams but Im still unhappy, why? whats wrong with me?

When everything seems.. when all your cares have left you and it's just you a few buddies maybe your girl and the only thing on your mind is how happy you are. Whats just as good is finishing a hard work out. Knowing you just pushed your body to it's limits and now your done.. Thats what makes me happy.

Baking or cooking something delicious and watching others enjoy it. Spending time with children, they are so normal & funny while we grownups can be so uptight. Walking in the countryside, seeing and hearing the wildlife, feeling the sun on my face (living in UK the sunshine is a treat).

i ithink maybe it would be a helpful thing for you to join some kind of society,to get to know other people,make friends ,find a hobby ,volunteer for something or do just anything longterm and mentaly rewarding that would make your life even more meaningful and give you some boost other than family

To be surrounded by the people who you love and care about, to give and not expect anything in return, to make the best of what you have got and see other people smiling because iv made them smile. Life is short, too many people are interested in themselves or materielistic things, these people are never happy and fail to see that true happiness is right on their doorstep but they dont reach out and grab it!

A clear skyed, warm sunny day make me happy. AND I put alot of effort into doing stuff for other people, so seeing my work or effort making other people very happy, it makes me happy too, even more so when they truely thank me. I love it!
