Which Arm Do You Use To Monitor Blood Pressure Left Or Right Comfused

Why my right hand systolic is alwaysbelow40 -90. but on left hand isalways above 45-96.

You should check both arms initially, then use the arm with highest reading for regular checks . Would be wise to check both arms periodically to ensure that still using correct arm

If you have a heart condition or hardening of the arteries check on the right arm because checking with left arm could give you an incorrect reading, due to improper blood flow.

you can use either arm but keep using the same one over a period of days to get an accurate report of blood pressure.
