If you think it's your hymen you can use something else to stretch it so you have an easier time with penetration. Your doctor can also do a procedure known as a hymenectomy where he can cut they hymen so it wont bother you. However there are other things that can make penetration difficult or impossible. Vaginismus is one of them. That's when the pelvic floor muscles tighten up so much that penetration is impossible. A woman can be completely unaware of the problem. If there is too much pain it could be any number of things including bacterial or yeast infections. I would recommend going to your doctor or a gynecologist and telling them about your problem. They can probably diagnose the cause better than a bunch of yahoos on the internet.
