Why do some people believe 9-11 involves a conspiracy?
The twin towers, they appear to have fallen immediately as you would have buildings fall in a demolition; we've seen that on TV many times. A fire would not cause a building to collapse that way. Moreover, there's no steel building, as far as we know, has ever burned because of a fire like that. It would have to be due to some sort of prearranged explosions placed in the building that would cause it to collapse and for the steel to burn the way it did and it kept smouldering for weeks after the initial incident. So this is a strong piece of semi-scientific evidence that there is more than just a plane or even a missile hitting the twin towers.
Why do some people believe the destruction at the Pentagon involves a conspiracy?
The Pentagon was struck by a plane. A great deal of evidence there for a possible conspiracy. That Flight 77, apparently was in the air about 40 minutes in the area of the Pentagon. The Pentagon is near Andrew's Airforce Base. Why wasn't that plane seen and brought down? Normally planes are not allowed in that air frame. In addition, as it approached the Pentagon, the Pentagon has its own anti-aircraft missiles that it could have taken it down with. Also, that plane struck an area of the Pentagon that had been recently reinforced so that there was a minimum number of casualities. The whole idea that a conspiracy was in effect and the plane hit an area which would cause the least amount of damage.
What are the 9-11 'no plane' conspiracies?
In addition to the fact that the buildings appeared to have fallen by prearranged demolition, there's very little wreckage: the wingspan of those airliners is enormous, but the holes in the building were only enough for the nose. So where is the rest of the wreckage, and the bodies of the victims? We're not sure how many were recovered from those planes. And, this leads to the idea that perhaps, rather than a plane, a missile struck one or both of those twin towers.

Government officials for months before 9/11 admitted that they expected that there would be hijackings. They just did not expect those planes to be used as missiles against our buildings. Now Air France, some years ago continually were invaded by Algerian terrorists and their planes being hijacked, put in bulletproof doors in their cabins so that the cabins could not be penetrated by terrorists and that basically ended the hijackings of Air France planes. Now we knew before 9/11, the government admits that, we knew that hijackings were in the offing by terrorists. Why not install the same type of doors on our American airliners. It would have cost a certain amount of money that could have been passed on to the passengers and possibly prevented the 9/11 tragedy.
What 9-11 conspiracy theory involves insider trading?
Insider trading certainly makes us think that people at the highest echelons of business who are normally thought to be in cahoots with governmental officials may have had a forewarning that 9/11 would occur and, of course, that devastated the stock market, NASDAQ, Dow Jones, etc.- all sunk abruptly after that. There was apparently evidence that top officials of some companies were selling their stocks for a profit before that occurred. This looks like, again, a classic case of insider trading, insider knowledge of something devastating about to occur and they pulled out of the market. Can't prove it but it's certainly very suspicious.
Which 9-11 conspiracy theories involve the President's behavior?
President Bush, it's reported, when he was told about 9-11, at the time he had been reading to a group of school children, continued as though nothing had happened, and this makes us wonder: first, did he have foreknowledge of the event so he wasn't surprised, and secondly, was he, rather than being shocked, happy to hear about it, that his plan had gone through and now he could finally invade Iraq with this as an excuse.
What possible motives could drive a 9-11 conspiracy?
Well one idea is that President Bush, from the time he took office, according to insiders, wanted an excuse to invade Iraq. Now some say that would be for the oil but there's also the idea that he wanted vengeance against Saddam Hussein for trying to kill his father, the other President Bush. And by triggering 9-11 that would actually galvanize America for any action we'd like to take against terrorists and give him an excuse to blame Saddam Hussein for 9-11 and invade Iraq. And also to carry out other anti-terrorist activities against the terrorists in Afghanistan and perhaps Pakistan.
What was Saddam Hussein's role in 9-11?
I think he had absolutely no role what so ever. Saddam Hussein did not allow terrorists into Iraq. Maybe he sympathized with them but that's it. He never provided financial support for them and he certainly wouldn't want them coming into his country. To possibly destabilize his own government and certainly would not want to support them for fear that he would incur the wrath of America. That's what happened, but he, I believe, was not involved in it at all.
