One of the things that is important when an individual is about to explode, and it is very critical, that they train their brain to leave the combat zone. What I mean by leaving the combat zone is to become aware that when they explode that they become dangerous, verbally or possibly even physically towards others. That is very difficult to contain one's anger or to even leave the situation that they are in. That is where rules of anger management become pertinent and very critical to managing their anger appropriately.
