Assassination Conspiracies
Why do people believe the JFK assassination involves a cover-up?
Possibly, more than any other assassination, that of John F. Kennedy has had more conspiracy theories advanced. We have to look at the basic facts: That we had one man, supposedly Lee Harvey Oswald, using an old rifle to carry out a major assassination, and did it beyond perfection. We of course have heard the reports of gun shots from the grassy knoll in Dallas. There are also other reports that some assassin might have actually been under the ground in a sewer, shooting. Let me point out a fact that I don't think is well-known: If Lee Harvey Oswald shot JFK from the Texas Book Depository, there was a window, actually on the side, which would have given him an excellent, front-on shot. Instead, he took a side shot, which is less likely to be effective. Now if he was the assassin, why would he have done that? I should also point out something that is not well known: That under the, let's say guidance, of a man named David Ferry, who was in Dallas, Lee Harvey Oswald attended what is said to be various occult or demonic meetings. And one thought is, that in one of these sessions, he might have been put under some sort of mind-control, whether this was done simply through ritual, drugs, or hypnosis, he might have been set up as a fall-guy for that assassination. And that's a demonic connection based on this man, David Ferry.
What was the Warren Commission?
Warren Commission was simply a commission set up to investigate the assassination of John F. Kennedy handled by the Supreme Court justice Earl Warren. And, of course, after all their deliberations they just could not come to any definite conclusion and, again, there could have a cover-up there too- talking about men in power. And you might ask "Well, who would have wanted Kennedy killed?" Well, there are so many possibilities. They talked about the Mafia, the Cubans who blamed him for not invading Castro's Cuba. It could have been Castro blaming him for the Bay of Pigs invasion. It could be other politicians who did not like his policies. And, of course, Lyndon Baines Johnson who would have ascended, who ascended to power as a result of the assassination. It was carried out right in his home state. So the list of candidates is enormous.
What are some of the theories involving the Kennedy assassination?
Obviously, there are numerous candidates for those behind an assassination, and of course we have the idea that the mafia perhaps was involved. They thought he was cracking down on crime, or that the mafia actually is working with the CIA. And of course you also have the idea that Cuban expatriates here blamed him for not invading Cuba successfully, or it could have been Castro actually angry at the invasion, the Bay of Pigs invasion, and trying to have Kennedy assassinated. Then there's also the question of the Vietnam War. Kennedy had just sent troops to Vietnam. Perhaps, the rumor has it, that he was going to withdraw them and others wanted that war to proceed. That political policy right there could have doomed him. There's an endless number of possibilities and they've all been put together cogently. Each individual presenting his theory has done a good job. They all can't be right, but one may be correct.
Why do people believe the RFK assassination involves a cover-up?
It turns out that the fatal bullet shot into Robert Kennedy was in the back of his head, but Sirhan Sirhan, the man who was caught shooting away at him, was facing Kennedy and could not have shot that fatal bullet. Now, it turns out there is filmed evidence that three CIA operatives who had been involved with the Bay of Pigs campaign were at the Ambassador that day, and they were not there to protect Robert Kennedy. At that time, the Secret Service was not protecting political candidates - he just had two athletes protecting him who were unarmed, one being the footballer Rosie Grier. So he actually had no protection, and the question is, what were these CIA agents doing there? Were they the operatives who actually fired the fatal shot to killed Robert Kennedy? And that certainly makes us wonder what Sirhan Sirhan's role was. They said that he was like a man in a stupor as though he was under mind control - maybe it was drugs, hypnosis, or whatever. It is known, of course, that he kept journals in which he hated Kennedy, and that he felt that Kennedy was supporting planes being sent to Israel, so he'd have motivation to do it, but he again may have just been there as a mark and not considered the actual assassin, just to divert attention. So a lot of evidence for CIA involvement with the Robert Kennedy assassination.
Did the RFK assassination have its own version of the Warren Commission?
Yes it did. It had one that wasn't as extended as the House Select Committee, and they again came to now definite conclusion regarding that conspiracy.
What are some of the conspiracy theories surrounding the RFK assassination?
One reason for his assassination might have been his foreign policy. RFK was considered too liberal, perhaps too willing to negotiate with the Communist countries. It might have been his stance on crime, that they thought he was coming down too hard on crime, or labor unions. Obviously any number of individuals would have had reason to hate him and want to prevent him from becoming President of the United States.
Why do people believe the MLK assassination involves a cover-up?
With regard to Martin Luther King, you have the idea that his son actually visited the assassin James Earl Rayin prison in 1997, and pronounced him innocent.Well, I am not certain that he was innocent, but he might have actually been another dupe just like possibly Lee Harvey Oswald or Sirhan Sirhan. Someone put under mind control to carry out the assassination.
What are some of the conspiracy theories surrounding the MLK assassination?
Well with regard to MLK of course, you first of all have the idea that some sort of hate group, such as the Ku Klux Klan might have been behind it. Or it could have been even somebody in his own organization who wanted to ascend power and take it away from him. Or it could be some New World Order idea, that they didn't like his philosophy and he had of course tremendous influence. And the easiest way to end that influence would be to assassinate him.
