What drills should I use to teach my players how to shoot?

There are 3,000, 4,000 drills to do as far as shooting in order to improve your shot but you always want to start with the basics. Make sure your form is correct: elbow in, hands spread across the ball. If you are right handed, your left hand is just to hold the ball in place. If you're left handed, your right hand is just hold the ball in place. And your bring it up then follow through on your shot with the proper arc. Shooting drills, there are tons of them to do but you want to make sure you do every shot the same way. A repetitive motion is so you can develop a release point and a consistency in the shot.
