Beauty Contestant Looks
How important is it to be pretty in a beauty pageant?
I think it is extremely important, especially with the times that we're living in now. I guess there's a lot of people out there that would hope that it wouldn't be a beauty pageant but it is a beauty pageant, so beauty is a part of it, so it's very, very important.
What's more important in a pageant, looks or personality?
I think personality because I mean how can you look at someone and they have no personality and you are not even interested. I think it's great to be beautiful but if you don't have any personality, I don't want to listen to you.
What are some beauty pageant tricks?
I know that some of the girls say that if you like put a spoon in the refrigerator and then put it underneath your eye, it gets rid of the puffiness. Some girl said that if you like rub , what is it, some PH stuff. You like rub it on your buns, it makes your cellulite go away. I was like "Okay, honey." Or if you take toothpaste and plop it on a pimple it makes it go down. I don't know, there's a lot of different things but honestly I never did any of that stuff, I just kind of said whatever. It's a little too much for my brain to handle.
What's the strangest beauty trick you've seen used on a competition?
There's butt glue. So during the swimsuit portion if you spray this stuff all over your butt it keeps it from riding up while you're on the bathing suit portion. I didn't do that because I actually heard it's against the rules. It's not like the judges are looking between your butt to see if you have.. nevermind.
