Adolescents have tons of mental health issues and there are lots of resources out there for them. If they are having trouble sleeping, changing their diet, thinking about suicide and death, unable to function, unable to concentrate, having panic attacks, irritability, anger, anxiety attacks, sleeping too much, sleeping too little. Get help. Ask for help. These are treatable conditions and there's tons of help out there for you.
What if I start thinking of suicide?
Suicide, twenty percent of people who get depression die at their own hand. One out of five. So don't think that just because you are contemplating suicide it's just oh well it's no big deal. That is a serious matter. It needs professional attention immediately.
