Elder care benefits are something that started to be seen more frequently now and they are benefits that an employer may provide to assist with long-term care or part-time care of elderly patients.

Do all employers offer elder care benefits?

Elder care benefits are not that common in the workplace now and it is something that should be considered. It can certainly be very helpful. Sort of along the same lines as long term care insurance. There may be some significant benefits that can arise from that, but as of now it really hasn't hit the mainstream.
