Most people report that after exercise they feel more energetic, more invigorated than they do before exercise. You have to remind yourself - even when you're tired - that when you're done with your workout you're going to feel better than when you went to the gym. Keep that in mind, keep a buddy system where you're working out with a partner, that helps keep you motivated. These are ways to avoid that energy low that helps to contribute to avoiding exercise.
