The hectic schedule of college students often presents a challenge to fitting exercise in on a daily basis. If you're tired towards the end of the day, you get exhausted after a whole day of classes and studying, try to fit in exercise in the morning, or at noontime, then you won't talk yourself out of it at the end of the day. Try to schedule exercise in, have a workout buddy, and you guys make an appointment. You're sure not to miss that appointment, because your friend is going to be waiting for you. That's another way to help keep exercise patterns regular. Also, you could enroll in a physical activity class for academic credit at your university in order to make exercise a daily or weekly part of your routine. Or schedule it right after a class, so every Monday, Wednesday, Friday after Advertising, you go directly to the gym before going home. It's another appointment that you just attend
