What is a heat-protectant spray?

You put that on your hair, it coats the hair strand so that when you're blow-drying it, or putting an iron on it, it just helps protect the hair shaft and makes it look in better condition.

What an anti-humectant does is coat the hair strand, generally it's great for curly hair, any kind of frizzy hair, it gives it manageability and it gives it shine and protects it from humidity.

It straightens a lot easier with straightening balm and it also holds the style a lot longer.

What is a styling cream?

A styling cream is a great product, but you want to be very careful how you use it. It's not for all types of hair. If you're straightening your hair and you don't want that curl to come back, stay away from a styling cream. It's usually water-based; it will make that wave come back out again. Styling creams are great on hair that is coarse and needs a little bit more conditioning. It brings out the movement, gives it a little bit more shine, and generally makes it look a lot healthier.
