What types of hair are used to make hairpieces?
We use human hair. It could be human hair that come European hair, it can be Asian hair, Italian hair. That's the type of hair we use. We also be synthetic hair. And synthetic hair we usually use for the gray hair.
What is are the benefits of having real hair in my hairpiece?
Well it feels more natural when you add in real hair into your hairpiece. You don't have to use special shampoo. You can use regular shampoo, I mean good quality shampoo. You don't want to get something from the market for the system, but there's a lot of good shampoo out there. You don't want to have the whole system synthetic, because you can not blow dry your hair if the whole system is synthetic, it will just melt. With human hair, you can use heat on your hair
Where does the hair for my hairpiece come from?
We usually buy the hair from people, or we get it from some temples in India. We buy hair from Europe, because no one donates hair from Europe. So European hair tends to be more expensive than Asian hair or Indian hair, because there's less of it.
How is the hair processed?
Our hair is not processed, we like to get virgin hair for the system, where a lot of companies do process the hair, trying to take the cuticle off, and that's why they reverse the hair in the system. We don't like to reverse hairs in system, because if you reverse hair, ends, and roots together, the system will look good for two weeks, but then after two weeks they're going to start shading, you're going to get a lot of tangles in the hair. If you take hair from humans and you don't process the hair and just put it the same direction it grows out of your head, you're not going to have any tangles later on, and the system will last you a lot longer, hair's not going to shade. Plus, when you're processing hair you're already damaging the hair, so we don't like to process hair in our hair system.
Can I have long hair with a hairpiece?
Well you can have 22 inches length on a hairpiece if you want to. We do make a lot of those for women. Long hair takes more time to dry but we can definitely do that.
Can I have curly hair with a hairpiece?
You can have curly hair on a hair piece. You can have long hair. You can have any color you want. The longer the hair, the more you are going to have to take care of it.
How is the hairpiece made so it looks natural?
In order to make a natural hairpiece, the hair have to be injected one by one without knots in the hair, in the hair base. If you do have knot, if you look closely, you can see the knot in the hair then it doesn't look natural, so it's a give away. Plus, the hairline have to be individual hair and have to be a nice thin lace in the front, but we like to use a thin lace that doesn't fray. Most of the pieces out there, you can buy on the internet do fray, and they only last two months. Our system can last up to a year with those laces, because those laces doesn't fray and plus the adhesives doesn't go through them.
