You can look at your credit file by going through one of the credit reference agencies. The two main credit reference agencies are Experian and Equifax and they hold information that has been placed on you from when you have taken out credit or when you have signed up for contracts. If you get in contact with one of these credit agencies then you can pay a small fee and see your credit history file.
