With small business advertising, to advertise to internet user groups you need to use groups, these are essentially talk or chat sites where people can chat about certain items of common interest. The only thing to be careful about is that you can't market from them directly, if you market or advertise to them it has to be very indirect. For example, like I've been talking on some topics and the series that we talked about I occasionally mentioned my book. That's a very indirect method of advertising, yes it does promote it, but, it fits. In other words, it was something I thought; “Well, this is where you can find this information". So you can use "Use groups" in that sense. If you don't, they'll burn you, they'll throw you off the use site, and you'll be sorry you ever got involved with this thing.
