How do I appeal against a decision made by the LEA?
You have 2 months, first of all, in which to appeal. What you must do is say why you're appealing, what's wrong. If it's the school they have suggested, then you need to say why another school is better, rather than why the current school is not up to scratch. It's always better to focus on the provision that somebody else can offer, rather than what's missing where you are.
