Let the clerk of courts know. Be prepared, in some cases to submit evidence that this is, in fact, the case. A copy of your orders, if you're overseas, even though they're probably not coming to get you, I still would still encourage you to comply, just so they know you're not being a scofflaw, you're not avoiding jury duty. If you are a doctor, call and let them know. They can look that up, you probably don't need to present anything. They will probably take you out of the jury wheel, which is from what they draw the jury pool. They'll take you completely out of the jury wheel, so you won't be called again for quite a while. They may check in 5 or 10 years, but not for a long time.
