If you're going to a private client, it is much the same but a little bit different. For a start, you may wear something a little more casual than business dress, but on the other hand, still have a look at their house or their flat and see what it's like. Make sure that you know the name of the person that you're going to meet, and have a look when you're invited inside. If it's somebody who's extremely neat and tidy and very, very spotless, don't put your coffee mug on the floor. It doesn't go down very well.
