How To Avoid Spoilage And Spills When Picking Up Food For A Party

How do I avoid spoilage and spills when picking up food?

When picking up food from either a catering venue, a restaurant, or the grocery store, already prepared, is to make sure they do what I call cater wrapping. And that's a way of wrapping the food so that it's secure. Secondly, bring along an ice chest to put your cold food in. Number three; consider if it's hot food, you guessed it: you can also use the ice chest. Because the ice chest will keep hot food hot, or cold food cold. And remember to put it in a secure place in your car, so that when you stop the car, it's not flying forward. And also, make picking up your food your last trip. Don't go to get your food and then decide I have to go pick up an additional beverage. Get your food get it right back to your home.
