We are all tempted at various times to eat unhealthy food. I think the way to best deal with it is to eat less of it. Create a habit for yourself. If you love dessert, eat half of the dessert that you normally do, and then you won't crave, after a period of time, the big dessert. You'll be satisfied with a smaller portion of dessert. And then cut it down, and cut it down, until there's a point where you just don't need it anymore. And it's all about creating a habit. You think it's hard now, but start the process -- bit by bit -- and then you'll realize it's really not that difficult.
