How can I learn to be patient in traffic?

Learning to be patient in traffic is tough. Particularly for men but for women as well because there's something in our metabolism and we want to hurry. Just remind yourself, talk yourself down, "Do I want to risk my life or at least my license because one jerk cut me off? Do I want to get myself all into a dither and risk having a heart attack because I'm in a traffic jam? You can't do anything about it, you know, remind yourself "My getting angry wont get me there faster and little put me at real risk of bad things happening.” So talk yourself down, turn on the radio, accept what you can't control and you'll get to your destination when you get there.
