When viewing a property, I'm afraid the only way you're going to be the first person to view a property is to banter your estate agent almost every day. If it's a good estate agent and they're getting lots of new properties on, they're going to want to get the person who's the biggest pain to actually be sorted as quickly as possible. If you make yourself the biggest pain, you're going to be the person in the front of that queue when viewing that property.
