Over the years many people have asked me how to behave during a job interview but there is no hard and fast rule. The best thing you can do is avoid too much humour during the interview but also avoid behaving with too much arrogance. Don't try to be cocky, don't try to be over-confident, don't try to be clever. Behave respectfully and be professional throughout the job interview.
