Ask some questions. Ask them about their family, and ask them about the vacation that they just took. Ask them about their job, and how they got there. They understand that you're a kid and that you're still in college. That's fine. You do not have to be best friends with these people. You have your friends when you go home and when you go back to college. It's great to have a working relationship with all of them.
